Although we'll be familiar with you as a customer, if you haven't yet created an account, you'll need to do so below so that a password can be created.

This applies to all customers, even if you have an existing subscription with us.

So that your account shows your previous order history, please create your account with the same email address used at checkout.

You are able to manage your shipping address within your account.

Once edited, it is essential that you email hello@glassandwick.com with the subject 'Subscription Address Change' to let us know, so one of our team can confirm this has been done correctly.

If you do not email to confirm, we are unable to resend any subscription boxes whereby they have arrived at an old address. Thank you.
