Second order from Glass and Wick. However the order didn't arrive, but this was very quickly remedied by customer services when I made them aware and a replacement arrived the very next day. I really can't fault such a response. I purchased wax melts for a colleague who has raved about the scent from the latest autumn offerings.Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer!

I had an issue where my wax melts hadn't arrived. However, I contacted Leanne at customer services and the issue was resolved immediately and a replacement arrived the very next day. Not only are the wax melts second to none I have never experienced such attentive customer service. Needless to say I will be back again.

My order came beautifully wrapped and the smell Oo is amazing ! I can recommend glass and wick as the best in wax melts I’ve ever used ! All their items are just amazing x

Love my orders ive revieved so far, beautiful fragrances that last and so strong🥰 Favourites are sunkissed hibiscus and grapefruit and labdanum. Receieved a sample with each order but each time its been myrtle and sandalwood and I don't like it🫢

By far the best wax melts I've ever tried, and I've tried LOADS. Myrtle and sandalwood is by far my favourite, but the frosted pine is heavenly at Christmas
