How It Works
Straight Through Your Letter Box
We'll ship your box on the 20th of every month, or the next working day if this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
You will be billed once you checkout for your first subscription box and then every month on the same date, unless paused or cancelled.
All subscription boxes are shipped on the 20th of the month. Subscribing by the 19th of the month will ensure you receive that month's box. Subscriptions on and after the 20th of the month will be for the following month's box.
You can sign up for as little as 2 months. After this, just let us know that you want to cancel by emailing email@example.com
Technically no, but you can cancel your subscription any time after your 2nd payment and rejoin at any point!
As we offer free shipping with each subscription box, along with various other incentives, the minimum subscription term is 2 months. This is to ensure fairness to all customers.
We do appreciate that circumstanes can change and as such, we are happy to cancel a subscription box early.
In the event of early cancellation, we reserve the right to charge £3.50 to account for the cost of free shipping on your first box, as well as the £5 voucher if this has been used before your 2nd payment.
Any cancellation after the first 2 months of payment can be done at any point.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any point after your 2nd month. As soon as your second payment has come out, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Firstly, if you haven't done so already, you'll need to create an account so that your order history is available to view and edit. You must do this using the email address you subscribed with.
Click the person icon on the top right of the page and follow the appropriate instructions.
Once your account has been created, you'll be able to edit all of your customer information from there.

Although subscribing, you're not activating a customer account which allows you to manage your subscription. To do this for the first time, click the little person icon at the top of our screen and be sure to sign up using the email address you're subscribed under.
